1. Introduction
FjordHub.com SIA (“we”, “our”) is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data on the websites fjord.lv and fjordhub.com, in the FjordHub platform, the mobile app, and kiosks, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the laws of Latvia.

3. What data we collect
Website contact form (fjord.lv). If you request a demo or contact us, we receive the email address, company name, location, and phone number you provide, as well as information about which section of the page the request was sent from.
FjordHub platform and mobile app.
- Identification data (first and last name, email, company, position)
- Contact information (email, phone)
- Login data (IP address, device information, browser)
- Usage data (activity records in the platform)
- Location data (only in the mobile app and only with your consent)
- Payment data (address, transactions — via payment service providers)
- Communication with customer support

We use service providers that process data on our behalf under agreements compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR:
- Website hosting and storage of contact form submissions — Netlify, Inc.
- Email and documents — Google (Google Workspace)
- SMS notifications — SMS service providers (for example, Twilio)
- Platform hosting, analytics and error-reporting tools, payment systems
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
8. Transfers outside the EEA
Some service providers (for example, Netlify and Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, appropriate safeguards are in place — the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookie preferences can be managed in the cookie notice or in your browser settings. The website fjord.lv does not load resources from third-party servers.

We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 13 years of age.

In the event of a breach that poses a risk to your rights, we will inform the affected persons and the supervisory authority in the manner prescribed by law.
