Camera version
An Android tablet. The employee holds their ID card up to the camera and the kiosk reads the QR code. It runs on mobile internet, which is included in the price.
Four parts that work together. Employees clock in at the kiosk or on their phone. Managers plan and review the work in the system. Your other software exchanges data through the API.
The kiosk is an app for recording working time on a tablet or touchscreen at your premises. Employees clock in, clock out and record breaks, and each entry goes straight to the FjordHub system.
An Android tablet. The employee holds their ID card up to the camera and the kiosk reads the QR code. It runs on mobile internet, which is included in the price.
A touchscreen with a built-in NFC reader. The employee taps a chip or card and a light shows the status. It connects through a PoE network cable, which also powers it, or through Wi-Fi.
Entries are stored on the device and sent when the connection is back.
Managers see in the system right away who is at work and who has not clocked in yet.
After clocking in, the kiosk can ask the employee questions that you set up in the system.
We manage the devices with an MDM system. If something stops working, we fix it remotely, and this is included in the price.
The system runs in the browser and is used by managers, planners and accounting. This is where schedules are made, hours are calculated automatically and payroll data is prepared.
Build schedules by site and zone. Create recurring shifts once. The system checks weekly rest time and warns you when hours exceed the norm.
Offer a shift to an employee by SMS or in the app, and they accept it with one tap. Unfilled shifts can be published as open shifts.
Overtime, night hours and public holiday work are calculated automatically. The lunch break is deducted and hours are rounded by your company's rules.
More than 30 absence types in one place. Employees see their vacation balance in the app, so they don't have to ask accounting.
Reports on hours, overtime and costs. Payroll data can be exported to Visma Horizon, Tilde Jumis and ERP systems.
Every morning managers get an email summary of deviations from the plan. The anomaly report helps spot unusual entries early.
See in real time who is at work and who has not clocked in. In an emergency, see which employees have marked themselves as safe.
One employee can work at several sites without you paying twice. Several companies can be managed on one platform.
Every change keeps a full history. Managers correct entries with a note, and a correction can be undone.
In the app employees record their working time, see their shifts, respond to shift requests and get messages from their manager. Employees who work on sites or on the road can clock in without a kiosk.
Get it on Google Play
Scan the QR code with your phone to install the app.
Employees clock in and out on their phone. The GPS location is saved with the entry, so managers can see where work started.
Employees see their shifts on their phone and get a notification as soon as the schedule changes.
Employees accept or decline an offered shift with one tap. Open shifts are shown in the app too.
Remaining vacation days are always visible in the app. Employees don't need to write to accounting to find out.
Company announcements, shift changes and a work chat in one place. Important information doesn't get lost among private chats.
Import employees from Excel. Each one gets an SMS with a link to the app or a QR code and can start using FjordHub the same day.
All main FjordHub functions can also be used programmatically. The API is documented with Swagger (OpenAPI), so your developers see every request, its parameters and the response format in one place.
Keep your employee list in your HR system and sync it with FjordHub. New employees don't have to be entered twice.
Read hours worked, overtime and absences straight from the API and pass them to your payroll or ERP system without a manual export.
Load the data into your data warehouse or reporting tool and combine it with sales, production or other figures.
Create schedules and shifts from another planning system. Repetitive tasks run automatically instead of by hand.
The Swagger documentation describes every request and data structure. Developers don't have to wait for support to get started.
The API works with the same data you see in the system and the app. Changes made through the API show up there too.
